He soon realised the training methods he was using were not beneficial for his goal, and through the week he would eat in a calorie deficit but then destroy his progress by binging on a weekend like most people do! We adapted his nutrition to allow for more ‘treat’ meals but maintaining a calorie deficit without going too low that he couldn’t stick to it!
